Rules

Let's start with the most obvious and go down...
1a. TCGs go into the TCG section. All other sites go in the Sites section.
1b. At this time, TCG-Related sites go into the Sites Section.

2. You can join as many categories as you want as long as it fits in.

3. If there are less than 5 entrants for a category at the end of the round, Uncompeted Best awards will be given instead of being voted on.

4. Your site must be viewable by anyone, in both the literal and moral sense.
